Brentwood Historical Society

Our next meeting will be on Monday, Sept. 8 (note earlier date), at 4:00 in the Brentwood Public Library auditorium. Back by popular demand will be Lawrence Wolff, who will speak about Abbott & Costello. Learn how these two burlesque comedians came to dominate every medium they appeared in, overcame great personal tragedies, gave away large parts of their earnings and made America laugh when the country needed it most.
